Viewing service price list

In this page you can view the details of the service price list. Details such as pricing details, the pricing policy for materials, the pricing policy for resources and the pricing policy for unlisted services can be viewed in this page.

Select the “View Service Price List” link in the “Select Service Price List” page. Alternatively, select the hyperlinked service price List# in the multiline of the same page.

The “View Service Price List Details” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Service Price List Details” group box:

Service Price List #	The number identifying the service price list.
Revision#	The number identifying the revision of the service price list.
Description	The textual description of the service price list. Zoom facility available.
Effective From	The date from which the service price list becomes effective
Effective To	The date till which the service price list remains effective.
Price List Category	The category to which service price list belongs.
Status	The status of the service price list. Zoom facility available.
Remarks	Additional information pertaining to service price list. Zoom facility available.

The system displays the following in the “Currency Details” group box:

Currency	The currency of the service price list.
Other Currencies	Indicates whether the other currencies value is “Applicable” or “Not Applicable”.

The system displays the following in the “Pricing Details” group box:

Pricing Basis	The pricing basis of the service price list.
Std. Service Price List#	The code identifying the “Active” standard price list.
Price Factor	The price factor of the service price list.

The system displays the following fields in the “Pricing Policy For Materials” multiline:

Part Type	The types of the part which is "Raw Material, "Component", "Expendable", "Tool", "Consumable", "Kit"and "Miscellaneous".
Pricing Method	The pricing method, which could be “Direct”, or "WorkUnit Wise Flat"..
Part Price List #	The number identifying the part price list.

The system displays the following fields in the “Pricing Policy For Resources” multiline:

Resource Type	The resource types of the service price list, are one of the followings "Skills” , "Equipments", "Tools", and "Others".
Resource #	The code identifying the resource#.
Billable (Y/N)	Indicates whether the resource type is billable or not.
Pricing Method	The pricing method, are one of the following, “Direct”, and "WorkUnit Wise Flat"..
Rate /Hr	The rate per hour payable to the resource

The system displays the following fields in the “Pricing Policy For Unlisted Services” group box:

Material Cost	The material cost for the unlisted services are one of the following, "Base Part Price List", "Standard Sales Price" , and "Entered Value.
Std Resource Rate /Hr	The rate per hour payable to the resource for the unlisted services.

The system displays the following in the “Document Attachment Details” group box:

File Name

The name of the file used as reference for the service price list

The system displays the following in the “Comments” group box:

Approver Comments	The comments given by the approver of service price list.
Cancellation Comments	Additional information pertaining to the cancellation of the service price list.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View Model Effectivity” link to view the model effectivity details.
Select the “View Part Effectivity” link to view the part effectivity details.
Select the “View Work unit Pricing” link to view the workunit pricing details.
Select the “View Non-Billable Services” link to view the non billable services details.
Select the “View Repair pricing Details” link to view the repair pricing details.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By	The name of the person who create service price list.
Created Date	The date on which the service price list was created.
Last Modified By	The name of the user who last modified the service price list.
Last Modified Date	The date on which service price list was last modified.
