Resource Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the resource type which is required to be non-billable. You can select the options "Skills”, "Equipments", "Tools", or "Others".

Ensure that the Resource Type specified here is not defined as billable in the Resource Pricing tab of the Manage Service Pricelist page

By default the system leaves this field blank.

Resource #

The number identifying the resource which is required to be non-billable.

Ensure that the resource number for the selected facility type (i.e. "Equipments", "Tools", “Others”) is already defined in the “Create Facilities” activity of the “Work Center” business component.

Note that the Resource #-Aircraft #-Work Center # combination is not a billable resource in the “Manage Service Pricelist” activity of the current business component.

Ensure that the Resource # specified here is not defined as billable in the Resource Pricing tab of the Manage Service Pricelist page

Help facility available

Aircraft Model #

The registration number of the aircraft for which the resource price is required to be non-billable. Ensure that the aircraft registration number is defined in the “Aircraft” business component and is in the “Active” status.

Work Center #

The work center for the resource which is required to be non-billable. The system lists all the work centers defined in “Active” status in the “Create Work Center” activity of the “Work Center” business component.
