Setting Repair Order options
This activity allows you to set default options for the various fields in the activities of the “Repair Order” business component.
Select the “Set Options” link under the “Repair Order” business component.
The “Set Options” page appears.
Date Format |
The format in which the date is displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
Select the “Repair Options” tab and define Repair parameters.
Select the “Quotation and Authorization Options” tab to define Quotation and Authorization attributes.
Select the “Numbering and Workscope Options” tab to define Numbering and Workscope attributes.
Click the “Set Options” pushbutton.
The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:
Created By |
The name of the user who set the options. |
Created Date |
The date on which the option settings were created. |
Last Modified By |
The name of the user who last modified the options. |
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the options were last modified.

Ensure that the data has not been modified by another user after it was fetched.
