Modifying the user-defined details for the release slip

In this page, you can modify the user-defined details, user-defined options and general comments about the RS. Tell me more.
Select the “Edit User Defined Details” link from the bottom of the “Edit Release Slip” or “Create Release Slip” page.
The “Edit User Defined Details” page appears.
The system displays the following field:

Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this screen. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the Enterprise Modeling business component by default. |
The system displays the following in the “RS Details” group box:

RS # |
The number that identifies the RS. |
|
RS Date |
The date on which the RS was created. |
Enter the following fields in the “RS Details” group box:

RS User Defined Detail 1 |
Any additional details pertaining to the RS (Alphanumeric, 255). |

RS User Defined Option 1 |
Use the drop-down list box to select the user-defined option pertaining to the RS. The system lists all the “Active” options defined for the RS, for User Option 1, in the “Maintain User Options” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” business component. The system sets the field blank by default. |

RS User Defined Detail 2 |
Any other additional details pertaining to the RS (Alphanumeric, 255). |

RS User Defined Option 2 |
Use the drop-down list box to select the user-defined option pertaining to the RS. The system lists all the “Active” options defined for the RS, for User Option 2, in the “Maintain User Options” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” business component. The system sets the field blank by default. |

RS User Defined Detail 3 |
Any other additional details pertaining to the RS (Alphanumeric, 255). |

RS User Defined Option 3 |
Use the drop-down list box to select the user-defined option pertaining to the RS. The system lists all the “Active” options defined for the RS, for User Option 3, in the “Maintain User Options” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” business component. The system sets the field blank by default. |

Use the drop-down list box to select the user-defined option pertaining to the RS. The system lists all the “Active” options defined for the RS, for User Option 4, in the “Maintain User Options” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” business component. The system sets the field blank by default. |

Remarks |
Any additional remarks pertaining to the RS. Typically, the reason for modifying the RS can be entered here (Alphanumeric, 255). Zoom facility available. |
Click the “Edit User Defined Details” pushbutton, to update the modified details.
