“A/c Group”- Select this option, if the plans for the aircraft maintenance jobs are to be reviewed based on “A/c Group”. On selecting this option and entering a value in the adjacent field, the system retrieves all the Active “Aircraft Reg #” mapped to the Aircraft Group.

“A/c Reg #” - Select this option, if the plans for the aircraft maintenance jobs are to be reviewed based on “A/c Reg #”. On selecting this option and entering a value in the adjacent field, the system retrieves all the Active “Aircraft Reg #” in the organization unit.

“A/c Model” – Select this option, if the plans for aircraft maintenance jobs are to be reviewed based on” A/c Model”. On selecting this option and entering a value in the adjacent field, the system retrieves all the Active “Aircraft Reg #” mapped to the Aircraft Model.

“Customer”- Select this option, if the plans for aircraft maintenance jobs are to be reviewed based on “Customer”. On selecting this option and entering a value in the adjacent field, the system retrieves all the Active “Aircraft Reg #” mapped to the Customer #.
If the ‘Usage Mode’ is set as “Offline” in the “Configurator” business component, the system defaults the following:

Defaults the drop-down list box with ‘Aircraft Reg #’

Defaults the Aircraft Reg # that is associated to the Offline Area # in the “Configurator” business component, in the editable field provided adjacent to the drop-down list box.

Maintenance Item
|
Use the drop down list box to select the type of maintenance task due for the aircraft. The drop-down list box displays the following: “Scheduled Items”, “Block Items”, “Non-Block Items”, “Component Removal”, “Discrepancies”, “Eng. Docs”, “Planning Drop-Outs” and, “Exe. Drop-Outs”.
Enter the task # in the field located alongside to retrieve details of a specific task alone. More details
From the Maintenance Item drop-down list box, if you select:
-
“Scheduled Items” and specify task #, the system retrieves details of the task scheduled in the period between the “From/To Date” dates for one or more aircraft. For details on all the forecasted tasks scheduled in the period between the “From/To Date” dates, do not specify any task #.

“Block Items” and specify task #, the system retrieves all those forecasted tasks with the Program Item Type as “Block” that are scheduled in the period between the “From/To Date” dates. For details on all the forecasted block tasks scheduled in the period between the “From/To Date” dates, do not specify any task #.

“Non-Block Items”, and specify task #, the system retrieves all those forecasted tasks with the Program Item Type as “Non-Block” that are scheduled in the period between the “From/To Date” dates. For details on all the non-Block tasks scheduled in the period between the “From/To Date” dates, do not specify any task #.

“Component Removal” and specify task #, the system retrieves all those tasks with the Job Type as “Component Removal” that have the Planned Start Date/ Schedule Date in the period between the “From/To Date” dates. For details on all component removal tasks scheduled in the period between the “From/To Date” dates, do not specify any task #.

“Discrepancies” and specify discrepancy, the system retrieves all those tasks associated with discrepancy in "Pending” and “Deferred" statuses that are scheduled in the period between the “From/To Date” dates. For details on "Pending” and "Deferred" tasks associated with all discrepancies scheduled in the period between “From/To Date” dates, do not specify any discrepancy.

“Eng. Docs.” and specify task #, the system retrieves all those tasks with an engineering document reference that scheduled in the period between the “From/To Date” dates. For details on all tasks with eng. Doc reference scheduled in the period between the “From/To Date” dates, do not specify any task #.

“Planning Dropouts” and specify a Block task #, the system retrieves all those base tasks that were not allocated to any planning document, such as a hangar visit package or a line package although their Block task is allocated to a planning document. The Block task you specify must be scheduled for execution in the period between the “From/To Date” dates. For details on all the planning dropout tasks scheduled in the period between the “From/To Date” dates, do not specify any task #.

“Exe. Dropouts” and specify a Block task #, the system retrieves all those base tasks under the task that were deferred from an execution document, such as a component work order or AME Ref #. The task you specify must be scheduled for execution in the period between the “From/To Date” dates. For details on all the execution dropout tasks scheduled in the period between the “From/To Date” dates, do not specify any task #.

Task Attributes
|
Use the first drop-down list box to select the task attribute for identifying tasks pending execution on aircraft. The drop-own list box displays the following: “Task #”, “Task Description”, “Task Type”, “Task Category”, “ATA”, “Exec. Phase” and “Work Area”

Select “Task #” and then enter the number of the task in the adjacent field. The system retrieves details of the specific task in the report.

Select “Task Description” and then enter the task description in the adjacent field. You can enter the description in full or Specify it partially using the “*” character. description similar to that you specify here.

Select “Task Category” and then select the category of the task in the adjacent drop-down list box. The system retrieves those tasks of the category that you specify here.

Select “Task Type” and then select the type of task in the adjacent drop-down list box. The system retrieves those tasks of the type that you specify here.

Select “ATA#” and then specify the ATA of task in the adjacent field. You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character The system retrieves those tasks with ATA# similar to that you specify here.

Select “Exec. Phase” and then select the execution phase of tasks in the adjacent drop-down list box. The system retrieves those tasks currently in the execution phase that you specify here.

Select “Work Area” and then enter the work area of the task in the adjacent field. The system retrieves those tasks currently with the work area that you specify here.
However, to retrieve all pending tasks between “From/To Dates” for aircraft, do not select any task attribute.

From/To Dates
|
The date range within which the maintenance jobs are to be reviewed, Mandatory Date Format). The system sets the current system date as the “From Date”.
The system displays the “To Date” by default as well. The system arrives at the “To Date” by adding the number of days set as short Term Horizon (Days) in the “Set Options” activity of “Compliance Tracking & Control” business component to the current system date. Example: If the “From Date” is 01/01/2008, and Short Term Horizon (Days)” is set as 10 days, the “To Date” will be 11/01/2008. However, you can modify this date to another date in future.
Note: The “To Date” must not be earlier than the “From Date”.
The system retrieves all the tasks and discrepancies with,

If plan Start Date is available, then the particular task / discrepancy will be available in the Report if the Plan Start date falls in the date range.

If plan Start Date is not available , then the particular task / discrepancy will be available in the Report if the scheduled date falls in the date range

Deferral Type
|
The deferral type of the discrepancies of the aircraft. (Alphanumeric, 150).
The system retrieves all discrepancies of the deferral type you specify here, which are associated with the aircraft
|
Work Center #
|
The work center in which the task is scheduled for execution. The system retrieves those tasks that are scheduled to be executed in the work center that you enter here.
|
Planning Status
|
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of tasks that are planned for maintenance. Select,

"Not Packaged" to retrieve those tasks that are not associated to a planning document.

"Packaged" to retrieve those tasks that are associated to a planning document.
-
"Assigned to Slot” – to retrieve those tasks that are packaged and associated to a slot.
The system retrieves those tasks with the planning status that you select here. However, to retrieve tasks regardless of the planning status, do not select any planning status.

Part #
|
The part # of the component attached to the aircraft for which tasks are pending execution between the “From/To Date” dates. The system lists those components with the part # similar to that you specify and that are attached to the aircraft.
|
Serial #
|
The serial # of the component attached to the aircraft for which tasks are pending execution between the “From/To Date” dates. You can enter these numbers in full or specify it partially using “*” character. The system lists those components with part # and serial # similar to that you specify and that are attached to the aircraft.
|
Component #
|
The component attached to the aircraft for which tasks are pending execution between the “From/To Date” dates. You can enter these numbers in full or specify it partially using “*” character. The system lists those components attached to aircraft that have similar identification numbers.
|
Rem. value <=
|
The remaining days/ flight hours/ flight cycles for forecasted and un-forecasted tasks based on the schedule for the maintenance of the aircraft. Ensure that the value entered here is positive.
Use the drop-down list box to select the unit of measurement, which is provided alongside.
The system displays the following options:

“Days” –On selecting this option, the system retrieves all the tasks for which the “Scheduled Date”, “Alert Date” or ‘Plan Date” falls within the given limit from the current date.

“FH”- On selecting this option, the system retrieves all the tasks for which the ”Scheduled Value” falls within the given limit from the present value.(Remaining FH = Scheduled Value-Present Value).

“FC”- On selecting this option, the system retrieves all the tasks for which the “Scheduled Value” falls within the given limit from the present value. (Remaining FC = Scheduled Value- Present Value).

Any other Consumption and Range parameters defined for aircraft.

The system sets the field to “Days” by default.
The system retrieves those tasks that are due for execution sooner than or in the number of days/FH/FC that you specify here.

Time Display Options
|
Use the drop-down list box to select the time display option. The drop-down list box displays the following: HHMM Format and Decimal Format.
By default, the system displays “Decimal Format”.

Sort By
|
Use the drop-down list box to select the parameter that will determine the order in which the retrieved tasks are displayed in the report. The drop-down list box displays the following: Scheduled Date, Planned Date, Alert Date, Est. El. Time, Est. Mhrs, Rem. FH and Rem. FC. The system lists tasks in the ascending order of the parameter that you select here.

If the process parameter ‘Aircraft Maintenance Due List Reporting Format’ under the Entity ‘Maint. Due List Report’ is set as “0”, the system launches the 'Aircraft Maintenance Due Report for 121 Operators' report format for Scheduled Operations.
If the process parameter ‘Aircraft Maintenance Due List Reporting Format’ is set as “1”, the system launches the 'Aircraft Maintenance Due Report for 135 Operators' report format for On-Demand Operations.
The system displays ‘Rem. Units (Days)’ and ‘Forecasted / Due at Date’ in both the above mentioned reports, based on the Process Parameter “Next Due computation logic” defined in the “Define Process Entities activity of the “Common Master” business component.
For example, consider that the difference of the NSD and Current Date & Time is 2 days, 2 hrs and 15 min. The system displays ‘Rem. Units (Days)’ and ‘Forecasted / Due at Date’ as shown below:
