Viewing the user defined details
This activity allows you to view the user defined details.
Select the “View User Defined Details” link at the bottom of the “View Repair Order” page.
The “View User Defined Details” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the “User Preferences” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following in the “RO Details” group box:
Repair Order # |
The number identifying the repair order for which you need to view the user-defined details. |
Repair Order Date |
The date on which the repair order is created. |
RO User Defined Detail 1 |
Any other additional details pertaining to the repair order. |
RO User Defined Option 1 |
The user-defined option for the repair order. |
RO User Defined Detail 2 |
Any other additional details pertaining to the repair order. |
RO User Defined Option 2 |
The user-defined option for the repair order. |
RO User Defined Detail 3 |
Any other additional details pertaining to the repair order. |
RO User Defined Option 3 |
The user-defined option for the repair order. |
RO User Defined Detail 4 |
Any other additional details pertaining to the repair order. |
RO User Defined Option 4 |
The user-defined option for the repair order. |
Remarks |
Any additional remarks pertaining to the Repair Order. Typically, the reason for modifying the repair request is displayed here. |
