Generating component removal report
You can generate the report that contains the component removal details.
Select the “Generate Component Removal Report” link under the “Hangar Maintenance Reports” business component.
The “Select Visit Package” page appears.
Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the visit package. Data entry in the following fields is optional:
Visit Package # |
The visit package number for which the component removal report has to be generated (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the visit package numbers that are similar to the values entered here. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the visit package to be retrieved, which could be “Fresh”, “Confirmed”, “Partially Released”, “Released” or “Closed”. The system lists all the visit packages that are of the status specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve the visit package details irrespective of the status. The system leaves the field blank by default. |
Aircraft Reg # |
The aircraft registration number for which the visit package details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the visit packages that are created for the aircraft that are similar to the value entered here. |
Aircraft Model # |
The number identifying aircraft model number (Alphanumeric, 20). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the visit packages that are created for the aircraft model similar to the value entered here. |
Grounding Date: From |
The starting date in the range of dates, for which the aircraft is grounded for the visit package execution (Date Format). The date entered here must be earlier than the date entered in the “To Date” field. |
Grounding Date: To |
The ending date in the range of dates, for which the aircraft is grounded for the visit package execution (Date Format). The system retrieves the visit package that has the grounding date on or before the date specified here. |
Visit Type |
Use the drop-down list box to indicate the type of the visit package to be retrieved, which could be “Planned” or “Unplanned”. The system retrieves all the visit packages that are of the type specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve details of visit package irrespective of their type. The system leaves the field blank by default. |
Visit Category |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the category of the visit package to be retrieved. The system retrieves all the visit packages that are in the category specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve details of visit package irrespective of their category. The system leaves the field blank by default. |
Org. Unit # |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the organization unit with which the visit package is associated. Leave this field blank, if you wish to retrieve details of visit package irrespective of the organization unit number. The system leaves this field blank by default. |
User Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the user-defined status of the visit package. The system lists all the “Active” user status codes defined for the visit package in the “Create Quick Codes” activity of the “Visit Package” business component. Leave this field blank, to retrieve the visit packages, irrespective of their user status. |
Customer # |
The number identifying the customer, who owns the aircraft (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the customer number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the visit packages raised for the customer number entered here. |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer, who owns the aircraft (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the customer name in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the visit packages raised for the customer entered here. |

Visit Package # |
The number identifying the visit package for which the component removal report must be generated. |
Revision # |
The revision number of the visit package. |
Aircraft Reg # |
The aircraft registration number for which component removal report must be generated. |
Visit Type |
The type of the visit package, which could be “Planned” or “Unplanned”. |
Visit Category |
The category to which the visit package belongs. |
Status |
The status of the visit package which could be “Fresh”, “Confirmed”, “Partially Released”, “Released” or “Closed”. |
User Status |
The user-defined status assigned to the visit package. |
Grounding Date |
The date on which the aircraft is grounded for the execution of maintenance activities. |
Planned Start Date |
The date on which the visit package execution is planned to be started. |
Planned End Date |
The date on which the visit package execution has to be completed. |
Org. Unit # |
The number identifying the organization unit with which the visit package is associated. |
Customer # |
The number identifying the customer, who owns the aircraft. |
