Header Information	Aircraft Model #, Aircraft Reg #, Visit Package # and Customer.
Columns Printed	Ref.Document # (WO #, CR #), Position, In Part Details (Part #, Serial #), Part Desc, Out Part Details (Part #, Serial #), Reason For Removal, Date (Rem, Ath), Attached By and Removed By.
