Basics of using a typical web page

Using Online Help

You can select a reliability calendar and alter specific details. You can carry out a search based on the reliability calendar code, fleet number, aircraft registration number, number of periods and duration of the period. The details of the selected reliability calendar, such as reliability calendar code, fleet number, aircraft registration number, valid from month-year, valid to month-year, number of periods and the duration of the period are displayed.

The “Select Reliability Calendar” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

Reliability Calendar Code

Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the reliability calendar. The system displays all the reliability calendar codes that are either in the "Confirmed" or "Confirmation Pending" status, created in the “Create Reliability” activity in the “Reliability Setup” business component. The system displays blank by default.

Valid From Year

The year from which the reliability calendar starts.

Valid From Month

Use the drop-down list box to specify the calendar month from which the reliability calendar starts. The system lists all the twelve months of the year. The system displays “Jan” by default.

Valid To Year

The end year of the reliability calendar.

Valid To Month

Use the drop-down list box to specify the end month of the reliability calendar. The system lists all the twelve months of the year. The system displays “Jan” by default.

Number of Periods

The number of divisions in the reliability calendar in terms of months.

Period Duration

The duration of the reliability period in months.

Fleet #

A unique number assigned to the fleet (Alphanumeric, 20) Mandatory. This field can be a combination of characters and digits and cannot be left blank. Ensure that the number is unique to the organization unit.

Aircraft Reg #

The aircraft registration number for which the component removal details are to be altered (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the component replacement transactions for the aircraft whose registration numbers are similar to the values entered here.

The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Reliability Calendar #

The number identifying the reliability calendar.

Fleet #

The number identifying the fleet.

Valid From Month – Year

The year and month from which the reliability calendar starts.

Valid To Month – Year

The year and month in which the reliability calendar ends.

Number of Periods

The number of divisions in the reliability calendar in terms of months.

Period Duration (Months)

The duration of the period in months.

Note: You cannot launch the “Amend Fleet Mapping Details” page, if any aircraft in the fleet is in “Frozen” status.
