A reliability calendar is used for tracking reliability. It provides flexibility with respect to the selection of intervals, thereby enhancing accuracy. You can define a code for the reliability calendar for a fleet and enter the description for the same. You can select the date that the reliability calendar is valid from to the date till which it is valid.
Select the “Create Reliability Calendar” link under the “Reliability Setup” business component.
The “Create Reliability Calendar” page appears.
The system displays the following field:

Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
Enter the following fields in the “Reliability Calendar Details” group box to create the reliability calendar:

Reliability Calendar Code |
A unique code identifying the reliability calendar (Alphanumeric, 20). Mandatory. This can be a combination of characters and digits. Ensure that this number is unique to the organization unit. |

Calendar Description |
The textual description of the reliability calendar (Alphanumeric, 150). Zoom facility available. |

Valid From Year |
The year from which the reliability calendar starts. |

Valid From Month |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the calendar month from which the reliability calendar starts. The system lists all the twelve months of the year. The system displays “Jan” by default. |

Valid To Year |
The end year of the reliability calendar. |
|
Valid To Month |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the end month of the reliability calendar. The system lists all the twelve months of the year. The system displays “Jan” by default. |

Number of Periods |
The number of divisions in the reliability calendar in terms of months. |

Period Duration (Months) |
The duration of a period in months. |

Remarks |
Comments pertaining to the reliability calendar. Zoom facility available. |
Click the “Get Period Details” pushbutton to display the period details.
The system displays the following details in the “Period Details” multiline:

Period # |
The number identifying the period. It starts with one and increments by one. |

Valid From Month – Year |
The year and month from which the reliability calendar starts. |

Valid To Month – Year |
The year and month in which the reliability calendar ends. |
Click the “Create Reliability Calendar” pushbutton to create the reliability calendar.
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the reliability calendar for which you wish to create the code details.
To proceed, carry out the following
