This page allows you to upload the record of the reliability calendar with respect to the selected fleet. Uploading is done to maintain the repository of the data from the “component history” and “aircraft history” business component. It also allows you to enter the remarks for the reliability calendar with respect to the selected fleet.

The “Upload Reliability Records” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Fleet Details” group box:

Fleet #

The unique number assigned to the fleet.

Reliability Calendar #

The number identifying the reliability calendar.

Schedule Start Date

The scheduled starting date for uploading records (Date Format). Mandatory. The scheduled start date should be later than or equal to the current server date

Scheduled Start Time

The scheduled starting time for uploading records (Time Format). Mandatory. The scheduled starting time should be later than or the same as the current server time.

 

The system displays the following:

Job Status

The job status of the record. The system displays this field on clicking the “Save Schedule” pushbutton

Remarks

Comments pertaining to the fleet (Alphanumeric, 225).

Zoom facility available.  

  The system displays the following in the “Records Details” multiline:

Record

The entities that have to be uploaded, which could be component replacement records or flight log records.

Last Uploaded Date

The date on which the details were last uploaded.

To update reliability record (s)

Note: If the monthly data or alert value is initialized for ATA or part, then the flying hours should also be initialized for the aircrafts of the fleet-calendar

The system uploads the reliability records and saves the current server date as “Last Uploaded Date” and the current server time as “Upload Start time”. The end time of the upload activity is saved as “Upload End Time”

The system saves the data from the respective components for the selected fleet and the reliability calendar.

To save the schedule details

The system saves the schedule details and generates unique job ID for each scheduled records

Note: This action updates the Daemon process and invokes batch processing of the records using Daemon Executor. For more details on daemon process, refer to Daemon Executor Online Help.
