Basics of using a typical web page

Using Online Help

This page allows you to view or modify the schedule details of the selected record. Uploading is done to maintain the repository of the data from the “component history” and “aircraft history” business component. It also allows you to modify the schedule start date and time in the multiline along with the remarks, only if the records are not uploaded or  in the process of uploading.

The  “Process Reliability Upload Schedule” page appears

The system displays the following field:

Date& Time Format

The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

Fleet #

Use the drop-down list box to select the fleet number. The system lists all the fleet numbers as defined in the “Create Fleet” activity of the “Reliability Setup” business component. By default, the system displays the fleet as selected in the “Select Reliability Calendar” page.

Reliability Calendar #

Use the drop-down list box to specify the reliability calendar code for which the details are to be uploaded . The system displays all the reliability calendar values as defined in the “Create Reliability Calendar” of the “Reliability Set up” business component. By default, the system displays the reliability fleet as selected in the “Select Reliability Calendar” page.

From Date

The date from which the reliability calendar starts. (Date Format)

To Date

The end date of the reliability calendar  (Date Format)

Job Status

Use the drop down list box to select the job status. The system displays “Scheduled”, “Inprogress”, "Aborted", "Cancelled" and "Completed" as options. By default, the system leaves the field blank.

The system fills in the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Job ID

The job ID of the record

Fleet #

The number identifying the fleet

Reliability Calendar #

The code identifying the reliability calendar

Record

The entities that have to be uploaded, which could be component replacement records or flight log records.

Job Status

The job status of the record

Schedule Start Date

The scheduled starting date of the upload activity (Date Format) Mandatory .The schedule start date should be later than or equal to the current server date

Scheduled Start Time

The scheduled starting time of the upload activity (Time Format) Mandatory. The schedule start time should be later than or equal to the current server time

The system displays the following:

Actual Start Date

The actual start date of uploading activity

Actual Start Time

The actual start time of uploading activity

Actual End Date

The actual end date of uploading activity

Actual End Time

The actual end time of the uploading activity

Remarks

Additional comments regarding the uploading activity (Alphanumeric, 255). Mandatory

Note: At least one row from the multiline should be selected.

 The job status of the selected record should be in “Scheduled” status

The system saves the schedule details of the upload activity.

Note: This action updates the Daemon process and invokes batch processing of the records using Daemon Executor. For more details on daemon process, refer to Daemon Executor Online Help.

The system cancels the schedule details and changes the job status to  “Cancelled”
