Select the “Set ATA Reporting Levels” link at the bottom of the “Setup Reliability Fleet” page.

Date Format |
The format in which the date fields appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
Enter the following in the “Fleet Details” group box.
Reliability Fleet # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the reliability fleet to which you want to define reporting levels(Alphanumeric, 20). The list displays all the existing reliability fleets irrespective of their status. This implies both Active and Inactive reliability fleets are available for selection. |
Select the “Get Details” pushbutton.
The system displays the following information for the specified reliability fleet.
Fleet Description |
The name/short description of the fleet to which you want to define Reporting levels. |
Reliability Rep. Group |
The reliability report group to which the reliability fleet belongs. This field displays blank, if no reliability report group has been specified for the fleet previously. |
Planner Code |
The employee code of the planner for the reliability fleet, as specified in the Setup Reliability Fleet page. |
Enter the following in the “ATA Levels” multiline.
ATA # |
The ATA for reliability analysis / reporting, Mandatory (Alphanumeric, 16). The system lists all the ATAs for which the Analysis Required attribute is set to “Yes” or “No” in the Setup Reliability Fleet page. The ATA you specify here must have an Active status as defined in the Aircraft component. Help facility available |

Use the drop-down list box to indicate whether the ATA must be included for reliability reporting. Select “Yes” to include an ATA for reporting and “No” to keep the ATA out of reliability analysis. By default, this field displays “Yes”. |

The System ATA to which the ATA is mapped (Alphanumeric, 16). This field is Mandatory, if you have selected “Yes” in the Analysis Required ? field. The ATA you specify here must have an Active status as defined in the Aircraft component. Help facility available |

Grouping ATAs into System and Major System ATAs
Defining ATAs for reporting
The ATAs are categorized into System ATAs and System ATAs into Major System ATAs to facilitate consolidation of information for a reliability reports.
You can include or exclude an ATA from report generation. When you mark an ATA for reliability analysis, the system takes into account discrepancies and interruptions reported against the ATA for reports. On the other hand, when you exclude an ATA, the related data is not considered for reporting.
The ATA reporting levels are applicable from the last modified date.
