Viewing the TCD details of the quotation line item

This page allows you to view the TCD details associated to the individual line item. Tell me more.

Select the “Part TCD Details” link at the bottom of the “View Quotation” or “View Schedule and Distribution Details” page.

The “View Part TCD details” page appears.

The system displays the following.

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Quotation Details” group box.

Quotation #	The quotation selected in the previous page.
Amendment #	The number identifying the amended quotation.
Status	The status of the quotation.

Enter the following in the “Part Details” group box:.

Quotation Line No

Use the drop-down list box to specify the part line number to view the details. All the line numbers of the quotation are available for selection in the ascending order.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the details.

The system displays the following in the “Part Details” group box.

Part #	The number identifying the part, whose schedule type is “Multiple”.
Part Description	The textual description pertaining to the part.
Condition	The condition of the part, which could be new, new surplus, overhaul, serviceable and unserviceable.
Ship To	The organization unit to which the part has to be supplied.
UOM	The units of measurement in which the part is quoted.
Quoted Quantity	The total quantity of the parts to be quoted.
Basic Value	The basic value of the quotation.
TCD Total Amount	The total amount of tax, charge or discount at the document level.

The system displays the following in the “TCD Details” multiline.

TCD Sequence	The sequence in which the TCD # is displayed in the multiline.
TCD #	A code that identifies the tax, charges and discount for an item purchased or sold.
TCD Variant #	A standard tax, charges and discount value, which is the variant of the specified TCD code.
TCD Type	The TCD type, which could be tax, charges and discounts.
Basis	The basis of the TCD, which could be “Percentage”, “Unit Rate” and “Flat rate”.
TCD Rate	The TCD rate.
TCD Amount	The total TCD amount of all the parts. This field is calculated by the system from the “Tax, Charges and Discounts” business component.
Currency	The currency in which the quotation is raised.
TCD Description	A textual description of the tax, charge and discount.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View Document TCD Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the tax, charge and discount for the quotation.

Select the “View Quantity Price Break Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the quantity price break details of the part.

Select the “View Quality Attributes” link at the bottom of the page to view the quality attribute details.

Select the “View User Defined Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the user defined details of the item.

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box.

Created By	The name of the user who created the quotation.
Created Date	The date on which the quotation was created.
Last Modified By	The name of the user who last modified the quotation.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the quotation was last modified.
Approved By	The name of the user who approved the quotation.
Approved Date	The date on which the quotation was approved.

Viewing the TCD details of the quotation line item – An overview

This page allows you to view the TCD details associated to the individual line item. You can select the quotation line number and the system retrieves the TCD details based on the line number. The details such as TCD code, TCD variant and its type can be viewed. You can also view the TCD rate and the amount for each line item.
