Viewing the quantity price breakup details

This page allows you to view the quantity price break details for those line items whose quantity price break value is set to “Yes” in the main page. Tell me more.

Select the ”View Quantity Price Breakup Details” link at the bottom of the “View Quotation” or “View Terms and Condition” page.

The “View Quantity Price Breakup Details” page appears.

The system displays the following.

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Quotation Details” group box.

Quotation #	The number identifying the quotation.
Amendment #	The number identifying the latest amended quotation.
Status	The status of the quotation. You cannot modify details in this page, if the status is “Open”, “Amended” or “Partially Amended.

Enter the following in the “Part Details” group box:

Quotation Line No

Use the drop-down list box to specify the part line number to view the details. All the line numbers of the quotation are available for selection in the ascending order.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the details.

The system displays the following in the “Part Details” group box.

Part #	The number identifying the part, whose schedule type is “Multiple”.
Part Description	The textual description pertaining to the part.
Condition	The condition of the part, which could be new, new surplus, overhaul, serviceable and unserviceable.
Ship To	The organization unit to which the part has to be supplied.
UOM	The units of measurement in which the part is quoted.
Quoted Quantity	The total quantity of the parts to be quoted.

The system displays the following in the “Breakup Details” multiline:

Line #	The line number generated by the system, for every part entered in the multiline.
From Qty	The starting value in the quantity price break range.
To Qty	The starting value in the quantity price break range.
Cost	The cost of the part in the particular range of quantity.

To proceed, carry out the following

select the “View Quality Attributes” link at the bottom of the page to view the quality attribute details.

Select the “View User Defined Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the user defined details of the item.

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By	The name of the user who created the quotation.
Created Date	The date on which the quotation was created.
Last Modified By	The name of the user who last modified the quotation.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the quotation was last modified.
Approved By	The name of the user who approved the quotation.
Approved Date	The date on which the quotation was approved.

Viewing the quantity price breakup details – An overview

This page allows you to view the quantity price break details for those line items whose quantity price break value is set to “Yes” in the main page. On giving the quotation line number, the system displays the part details such as part description, condition of the part, quoted quantity and the units of measurement in which the part is quoted. You can view the quantity range and the cost for the particular range. The system stores the login user id and the server date.
