To view the execution comments history
This page allows you to view the execution comments and the sign-off comments made by the resource group, pertaining to the task. For a particular work unit, the system retrieves and displays the execution comments history from the “View Comments Information” page of the “Flight Log” business component.
Click the icon positioned next to the “Execution Comments” field in the “Work Information Details” tab.
The “Execution Comments History” window appears.
The system displays the following fields:
Date Format |
The format in which the date field appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
Time Format |
The format in which the time field appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Work Unit Details” group box:
Work Unit # |
The code identifying the work unit. |
Work Unit Description |
The description of the work unit. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Comments Details” multiline:
Sub Task Description |
The textual description of the sub-task. |
Comments Type |
The type of comments, which could be “Execution Comments” or “Sign-Off Comments”. |
Comments |
The execution / sign-off comments recorded by the employee. |
Comment Date |
The date on which the execution comments were recorded by the employee |
Employee # / Employee Name |
The code / name of the employee who recorded the execution comments. |
Skill # |
The number identifying the skill of the employee belonging to the resource group |
Resource Group |
The resource group for the task, which could be “Inspector”, “Mechanic” or “Insp and Mech”. |
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
