The “Process Non-Conformities / Reports” page appears.

The “Audit Report Details” group box displays the following for the audit report selected in the “Select Quality Audit Report” page.

Audit Schedule #

The identification number of the audit schedule.

Audit Report #

The identification number of the audit report.

Audit Status

The status of the audit report, such as Fresh, Initiated, Findings Recorded and Findings Confirmed.

Audit Entity

The object of audit, such as Supplier #, Customer # and Employee #.

Report Type

The type of the audit report, such as Schedule, Adhoc and Direct.

Audit Type

The type of the audit report, such as Supplier, Employee, Station, Work Center, Warehouse and Others.

User Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the user status of the audit report. The system displays the quick codes defined under the category “User Status” in the “Maintain Quick Codes” activity.

Note that the system displays “Blank” as an option only if this quick code has been selected as “No” for the field “Mandatory?” in the “Set Options” activity of the current business component.

The system displays the following fields:

Checklist Based?

Yes/ No indicator whether the Audit Report is checklist based or not.

Operator Code

Airline Operator code of the maintenance operator

The “NCR Details” multiline displays the following.

Note: The system displays only those NCR # records which have NC Status as "Acceptance Pending", "Actioned", "Pending Deferral" or "Closed".

NCR #

The identification number of the NCR.

NCR Description

The name / description of the NCR.

NC Status

The status of the NC.

CAPA Plan

The proposed Corrective and Preventive Action Plan submitted for Auditors approval.

Corrective Action Performed

Any corrective action to resolve the NC.

Preventive Action Performed

Any preventive action to prevent the NC in future.

Auditee Remarks

Any comments of the auditee on the NC

Action

Use the drop-down list box to select the action to be taken on the NC. The system displays the following values: Close NC, Grant Extension, Reject Extension,  Reject CAPA. “Accept Proposal” and “Acceptance Pending”.

Ensure that value selected in this field is either “Accept Proposal” or “Acceptence Pending” if for the given NC the NC Status is “Acceptance Pending”.

Action

 

Use the drop-down list box to select the action to be taken on the NC. The system displays the following values: Close NC, Grant Extension, Reject Extension,  Reject CAPA. “Accept Proposal” and “Acceptance Pending”.

Ensure that value selected in this field is either “Accept Proposal” or “Acceptence Pending” if for the given NC the NC Status is “Acceptance Pending”.

NCR User Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the NCR user status. The system displays the quick codes defined under the category “NCR User Status” in the “Maintain Quick Codes” activity.

Note that the system displays “Blank” as an option only if this quick code has been selected as “No” for the field “Mandatory?” in the “Set Options” activity of the current business component.

Ext. By (Days)

The additional period granted to resolve the NC, in days. This field is mandatory if you have selected “Grant Extension” in the Action field.

Root Cause

Use the drop-down list box to select the root cause for the NC. The system displays all the root cause categories with each root cause category followed by the root causes associated with it.

The system displays the following fields:

Deferral Count

The total number of NCs with the status “Deferred””.

Root Cause

Use the drop-down list box to select the root cause for the NC. The system displays all the root cause categories with each root cause category followed by the root causes associated with it.

Note: Root cause is originally specified in the “Record Audit Findings” page. You can modify the root cause in this page only if the “Editing of Root Cause Info during Process NC/Reports” is set as “Allowed” in the Set Options activity.

Contributing Factor

Use the drop-down list box to select the contributing factor for the NC. The system displays all the root cause categories with each root cause category followed by the root causes associated with it.

Note: Contributing factor is originally specified in the “Record Audit Findings” page. You can modify this information only if the “'Editing of Root Cause Info during CAPA Recording” is set as "Allowed” is set as “Allowed” in the Set Options activity.

Corrective Action by QA

Details of the remedial action of the QA to resolve the NC.

Closing Comments

The remarks of the auditor on audit closure.

The status of the NC is updated.

Follow-up Action?

Use the drop-down list box to indicate whether follow-up action is necessary. The system displays the following values: “Required”, “Not Required” and, “Verified”.

Note: You can select "Not Required" / "Verified" as the follow-up action only if “Close NC" is selected in the Action field.

Follow-Up Action Date

The date on or before which the follow-up action on the NC must be complete, if follow-up action is required.

This field is mandatory if you have selected “Required" / "Verified" as the follow-up action.

Follow-Up Verification Comments

Any remarks on the confirmation of the follow-up action.

The system generates the following:

Ques ID

A user defined identification number for the questionnaire.

Requirement

The question text.

Check Point

The broad classification based on which question is asked like for example, Safety, Security and so on.

Mandatory?

Indicates whether the given question is mandatory to be responded while auditing which could be “Yes” or “No”.

Question Type

The type of question in the checklist.

Question Category

The category to which the question belongs

Checklist #

A unique code identifying the checklist used for auditing

Seq #

The sequence number in which the questions need to appear in the checklist

Audit Implications

Use the drop-down list box to specify the outcome of the audit. The system displays the following values: Freeze Operations, Un-freeze Operations, Hold Supplier, Release supplier and, No Implication.

Note: You can select Hold Supplier and Release Supplier only if the audit type is supplier and audit entity is Supplier #.

Next Schedule Date

The due date of the next audit schedule.

Audit Rating

Use the drop-down list box to select the audit rating. The system displays the quick codes defined under the category “Audit Rating” in the “Maintain Quick Codes” activity.

Note that the system displays “Blank” as an option only if this quick code has been selected as “No” for the field “Mandatory?” in the “Set Options” activity of the current business component.

Follow-up Audit?

Use the drop-down list box to indicate whether a follow-up audit is necessary to resolve the NCs. The system displays the following values: Required, Not Required.

Follow-up Audit Due Date

The next due date of the follow-up audit based on the previous audit report. This field is mandatory if you have selected "Required" in the previous field (Follow-up Audit?).

Follow-up Audit Schedule #

The identification number of the follow-up audit schedule.

Carryover Items

The issues / NCs for consideration and resolution in the follow-up audit.

Record info

The system displays the following under the “Record Statistics” group box.

Created by

The identification number and name of the employee who created the record.

Created Date

The date when the record was created.

Last Modified by

The identification number and name of the employee most recently changed the record.

Last Modified Date

The date when the record was changed for the last time.

Approved by

The identification number and name of the employee who approved the record.

Approved Date

The date when the record was approved.
