Viewing part price list

This page permits you to view the part price list details. Tell me more

Select the “View Part Price List” link in the “Select Part Price List” page. Alternatively, select the hyperlinked part price List# in the multiline of the same page.

The “View Part Price List Details” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Price List Details” group box:

Part Price List #	The number identifying the part price list.
Revision#	The number identifying the revision of the part price list.
Description	The textual description of the part price list. Zoom facility available.
Status	The status of the part price list.
Price List Category	The category to which part price list belongs.
Price List Type	The type to which the part price list belongs, which could be either “Regular” or “OEM”.
OEM #	The number identifying the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
OEM Name	The name of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
Effective Date From	The date from which the part price list becomes effective
Effective Date To	The date till which the part price list remains effective.
Usage	The usage of the part price list which can be for “Part Sale “ and “Service Sale”.
Inactivate Previous Revisions	Indicates whether the previous revision of the part price list is inactivated or not.

The system displays the following in the “Pricing Details” group box:

Pricing Basis	The pricing basis of the part price list.
Pricing Method	The pricing method of the part price list.
Price Factor	The price factor of the part price list.
Std. Part Price List	The available standard part price list of the part.
Embodiment Factor	The embodiment factor of the part price list.

The system displays the following in the “Currency Details” group box:

Currency	The currency of the part price list.
Other Currencies	Indicates whether the other currencies value is “Applicable” or “Not Applicable”.

The system displays the following in the “Comments” group box:

Comments

Additional information pertaining to part price list.

Zoom facility available.

Approver Comments

The comments given by the approver of part price list.

Zoom facility available.

The system displays the following in the “Document Attachment Details” group box:

File Name

The name of the file used as reference for the part price list.

Select the “View File” link provided alongside to view the details of the file for document reference.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the "View Part based Pricing” link to view the part based pricing details.
Select the "View Part Group based Pricing” link to view the part group based pricing details.
Select the "View Part Type based Pricing” link to view the part type based pricing details.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Approved By	The name of the user who approved part price list.
Approved Date	The date on which part price list was approved.
Last Modified By	The name of the user who last modified the part price list.
Last Modified Date	The date on which part price list was last modified.
Confirmed By	The name of the user who confirmed part price list.
Confirmed Date	The date on which part price list was confirmed.
