Viewing part based pricing

Select the “View Part based Pricing” link from the bottom of the “View Part Price List Details” page.

The “View Part based Pricing” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Price List Details” group box:

Part Price List #	The number identifying the part price list.
Description	The textual description of the part price list. Zoom facility available.
Revision#	The revision number of the part price list.
Status	The status of the part price list.
Part Count	The total number of parts in part price list.
Pricing Method	The pricing method of part price list.

The system displays the following in the “Default Details” group box:

Price Factor	The price factor of the part price list.
Embodiment Factor	The embodiment factor of the part price list.

Enter the following fields in the “Display Filter” group box to select the part for which the pricelist details are to viewed:

Part#	The number identifying the part for which you wish to record the pricing details (Alphanumeric, 40) You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character.
Part Description	The textual description of the part. (Alphanumeric, 255).
Part Type	Use the drop-down list box to select the part type as ”Component”, “Consumables”, “Kit”, ”Raw Material”, “Expendable”, “Tools” or “Miscellaneous”. Leave this field blank, if you wish to retrieve the part irrespective of the part type.
Condition	Use the drop-down list box to select the condition of the part as “New”, “Over Hauled”, “Serviceable”, ”Un-Serviceable” or “Phased Out”. Leave this field blank, if you wish to retrieve the part irrespective of the part condition.
Component Part Classification	Use the drop down list box to classify the component part as ''Rotable'', ''Repairable'' or ''Controllable''. Leave this field blank, if you wish to retrieve the part irrespective of the classification.
Part Category	Use the drop down list box to select the part category. The system displays all active categories that have been defined in the “Part Administration” business component.

Click the “Get Part Details” pushbutton to retrieve the part details in the multiline.

The system displays the following in the “Part Details” multiline:

Part#	The number identifying the part.
Part Description	The textual description of the part.
Condition	The condition of the part which could be “New”, “Over Hauled”, “Serviceable”, ”Un-Serviceable” and “Phased Out”.
UOM	The unit of measurement of part.
Minimum Quantity	The minimum quantity of the part in the part price list.
Maximum Quantity	The maximum quantity of the part in the part price list.
Unit Price	The unit price of the part.
Embodiment Fee	The embodiment fee for the part.
Price Factor	The price factor of part price list.
Embodiment Factor	The embodiment of the part price list.
Factor On	The costing method that is followed for a Part #.

Viewing part based pricing list - An Overview

You can view the part based pricing list in this activity. You can select the part by using search criteria such as part number, part type, condition, component part classification and part category. For the selected part, you can view price factor and embodiment fee along the with maximum quantity (allowed for a transaction) in the multiline.
