The number identifying the registration of the aircraft for which the new part/ attribute change is required.

Work Center

Use the drop-down list box to select the work center where the new part/ attribute change is requested. The system lists all the “Active” work centers as defined in the “Work Center” business component.

The system displays the last saved value if any. Otherwise, it leaves the field blank by default.

Station #

The station where the new part/ attribute change is requested.

Exe. Doc. Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the execution document based on which the new part/ attribute change is requested. The system lists “Hangar Work Order'” “Component Work Order”, '”A/c Maint. Exe. Ref. #", '”Purchase Order”, “Repair Order'” “Goods Receipt”, “Material Request'” and “Others”.

The system displays the last saved value if any. Otherwise, it leaves the field blank by default.

This field is mandatory if a value exists in the Execution Document # field.

Exe. Doc. #

The number identifying the execution document pertaining to the new part/ attribute change request document (Alphanumeric, 40)

Ref. Doc. Type

Use the drop-down list to select the type of the reference document. The system lists all the document type that is defined in the “Create Reference Document Type” activity of the “Common Master” component.

This field is mandatory if a value exists in the Reference Document # field.

The system leaves the field blank by default.

Ref. Doc. #

The number identifying the reference document pertaining to the new part/ attribute change request document (Alphanumeric, 40).

This field is mandatory if a value exists in the Reference Document Type field.

Ref. Notes

Any other reference notes pertaining to the new part/ attribute change request document (Alphanumeric, 2000).
