Edit Numbering Class – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to modify the details of numbering types that are already created. You can select the “Inactivate” numbering type and activate them through this activity. The “Numbering Type Selection” page allows you to select the numbering type for modification. The “Numbering Type Information” page allows you to modify the selected numbering type.  

The “Transaction Mapping” page allows you to modify the organizational units that are already mapped to the numbering type.

You can modify a numbering type that is already created in the “Create Numbering Class” activity.

• Use the “Numbering Type Selection” page to select the numbering type for modification.

• Use the “Numbering Type Information” page to modify the selected numbering type.

Map numbering type to transactions

You can map the numbering type to organizational units and transaction types, for which you have been provided the access rights.

• Use the “Transaction Mapping” page to map the numbering type to the organizational Unit.
