Help on MRO Warranty Agreement

This page allows to retrieve the MRO Warranty agreement details for the contract selected. The search is carried out using the Agreement #, Revision #, Agreement type, Agreement category, Agreement status and user status.

The system retrieves all the agreements, based on the search criteria entered. On confirmation, the selected agreement number is transferred to the required page.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Agreement #” field in the header of the “Manage MRO Warranty Agreement” page of the “MRO Warranty” business component.

The “Help on MRO Warranty Agreement” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for an agreement number.

Agreement #	The number identifying the MRO Warranty agreement.
Revision #	The revision number of the agreement.
Agreement Type	Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the agreement which could be ‘Service Sale’, ‘Part Sale’ or ‘OEM Warranty’. The system displays the blank value by default.
Agreement Category	Use the drop-down list box to specify the category of the agreement. The system lists all the Quick codes defined under the Quick Code Type 'MRO Warranty Category' in the “Create Quick Codes” activity of the “Warranty” Business component. If more than one value is available, then a blank value will also be loaded in addition to the quick codes.
Agreement Description	The textual description of the agreement.
Agreement Status	Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the agreement which could be ‘Draft’, ‘Fresh’, ‘Confirmed’, ‘Cancelled’, ‘Authorized’ or ‘Revised’. The system displays the blank value by default.
User Status	Use the drop-down list box to specify the user status. The system lists all the Quick codes defined under the Quick Code Type 'MRO Warranty User Status' in the “Create Quick Codes” activity of the “Warranty” Business component. If more than one value is available, then a blank value will also be loaded in addition to the quick codes.
Agreement Date: From	Enter the start date of the period in which the MRO Warranty Agreement you wish to retrieve was made
Agreement Date: To	Enter the end date of the period in which the MRO Warranty Agreement you wish to retrieve was made

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline, based on the search criteria entered.

Agreement #	The number identifying the MRO Warranty agreement.
Revision #	The revision number of the agreement.
Status	The status of the MRO Warranty Agreement.
Agreement Description	The textual description of the agreement.
Agreement Type	The type of the MRO Warranty Agreement.
Agreement Date	The date on which the MRO Warranty agreement was made.
Agreement Category	The category of the MRO Warranty Agreement.
User Status	The user status of the MRO Warranty Agreement.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select an agreement number.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
