Selecting sub fleet for viewing
This page allows you to select the sub fleet for viewing the details. Tell me more.
Select the "View Sub Fleet" link under the "Aircraft Maintenance Forecast" business component.
The “Select Sub Fleet” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
Enter the following field in the “Direct Entry” group box, if you know the sub fleet number for which the details must be viewed:
Sub Fleet # |
The number identifying the sub fleet that you wish to view (Alphanumeric, 20). |
Select the “View Sub Fleet” link provided alongside to view the details of the sub fleet.
To search for sub fleets
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box, to search for a sub fleet. Data entry in the following fields is optional:
Sub Fleet # |
The number identifying the sub fleet that you need to view (Alphanumeric, 20) You can enter the sub fleet number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the sub fleets that are similar to the number entered here. Leave this field blank, to retrieve all the sub fleets. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the sub fleet. The system displays “Active” and “Inactive” as options. By default, the system leaves the field blank. Leave this field blank, to retrieve all the sub fleets. |
Sub Fleet Desc |
The textual description of the sub fleet (Alphanumeric, 150) You can enter the sub fleet description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. Leave this field blank, to retrieve all the sub fleets. Zoom facility available. |
Aircraft Reg# |
The registration number of the aircraft (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves the sub fleet associated with the aircraft specified here. Leave this field blank, to retrieve all the sub fleets irrespective of the aircraft to which they are attached. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the sub fleets in the multiline.
The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:
Sub Fleet # |
The number identifying the sub fleet. |
Sub Fleet Desc |
The textual description of the sub fleet. |
No of Aircraft |
The number of aircrafts grouped in the sub fleet. |
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the sub fleet was last modified. |
Status |
The status of the sub fleet, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”. |

Select the hyperlinked sub fleet number to view the sub fleet details.
Selecting sub fleet for viewing – An overview
In this page, you can select a sub fleet to view its details. If you know the sub fleet number, you can directly enter it. Otherwise, you can carry out a search based on the sub fleet number, status, sub fleet description and aircraft registration number.
