This page allows you to view the details of the quick codes.

The “View Quick Codes” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the “User Preferences” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

Quick Code Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the quick code type for which the quick codes must be viewed. The system provides the option “User Status”.

Status

Use the drop down list box to select the status of the quick code to be viewed. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave this field blank to retrieve quick codes irrespective of the status. The system displays “Active” by default.

Note: Leave all the fields blank if you want to retrieve all the quick codes defined in the login organizational unit.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Quick Code

The quick code belonging to the selected quick code type or status.

Description

A textual description pertaining to the quick code.

Status

The current status of the quick code.

Created By

The name of the user who created the quick code.

Created Date

The date on which the quick code was created.

Last Modified By

The name of the user who last modified the quick code information.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the quick code was last modified.
