Configuring User-Printer mapping to facilitate WayBill printing
Select the “Label Printer” tab to configure the User-Printer mapping to facilitate WayBill Printing.
Enter the following in the "Search Criteria” group box to retrieve warehouses/zones for which User-Printer is to be mapped/update the previously configured details .
Warehouse # |
The warehouse # to which the printer must be connected . |
Username |
The username with whom the printer must be mapped . |
Transaction Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the transaction type that can be routed to the printer for producing hard copies. The system lists all the values based on the set options defined in the “Set Inventory Process Parameters” activity in the “Logistics Common Master” business component . |
Click the "Search” pushbutton to retrieve User-Printer mapping that match the search criteria .
Alternatively, you may enter the following in the multiline.
Warehouse # |
The warehouse to which you want to connect the printer. Help facility available. Note: The warehouse must be currently valid and Active as defined in Storage Administration. |
Username |
The username with whom the printer must be mapped . Help facility available. |
Transaction Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the transaction type of which the printer must produce copies. The drop-down list box lists those transaction types for which the printer can generate copies. Mandatory. |
Printer |
The printer that you wish to connect to the warehouse for producing hard copies. Mandatory. |
No. of Copies |
The number of copies of a document that the printer can automatically produce. By default, this field displays the value ‘1’. |

Any textual description. |
The multiline displays the following.
Created By |
The login user who created the User-Printer mapping. |
Created Date |
The date on which the User-Printer mapping was created. |
Last Modified By |
The login user who most recently modified the User-Printer mapping. |
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the User-Printer mapping was most recently modified. |
Click the “Save” pushbutton to save details for the printer.

Select the “MMD Printer” tab to configure printer details to facilitate printing of MMD reports/stock documents.
