Maintaining expense liability rules for INCO terms

This activity allows you to maintain INCO terms for covered locations under customer/contract level
Select the “Maintain Expense Liability Rules for INCO Terms” link at the bottom of the “Maintain INCO Terms” activity under the “Logistics Common Master” business component.
The “Maintain Expense Liability Rules For INCO Terms” page appears.
Enter the following field in the “Search Criteria” multiline:
INCO Term |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the INCO term for which the details are to be modified (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the INCO terms in full, or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the INCO terms that are similar to the value entered here. |
Enter the following fields in the “Search Details” multiline:
Cost Element |
.The Cost element defined for the selected INCO Term. Freight Charges : Indicates the Freight Expenses incurred through Delivery Charges Invoice Charge Code : Indicates The Charges added in the Delivery charges invoice |
Cost Head |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the Cost head defined for the selected INCO Term-Cost Element (Freight Charges) combination. Indicates the Sub element of freight expenses (For ex; Insurance, Export Duty, Import Duty etc.) |
TCD Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the Charge Code defined for the selected INCO Term –Cost Element (Charge Code) combination. Help facility available |
Responsibility |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the responsibility as defined for the applicable combination in the ‘Maintain Expense Liability Rules for INCO Terms’ screen. Indicates the party responsible for bearing the freight expenses based on the INCO term definition |

The name of the user who created the INCO term. |
Created Date |
The date on which the INCO terms was created. |
Last Modified By |
The name of the user who last modified the INCO term information. |
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the INCO term details was last modified. |
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the INCO Terms definitions.
