This page allows you to view the tax, charge and discount details of the part numbers entered at the line/ item level.  You can view the GR Information along with the part number information and the TCD information. Tell me more.

The “View Part No Level TCD” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “GR Information” group box:

GR #

The number identifying the Goods Receipt note (GR).

Status

The status of the GR.

GR Line #

Use the drop-down list box to select the goods receipt line number. All the goods receipts’ line numbers are available for selection. The system displays “Blank” by default.

The system displays the following in the “Part # Information” group box:

Part #

The number identifying the part.

Part Description

The description of the part.

Quantity

The quantity of the part.

Cost Per

The quantity of the part for which the cost is specified. For example, If the cost per is “Dozen”, it means that the cost is quoted per 12 parts.

Total Part Level TCD

The tax, charge or discount (TCD) for the part as a whole.

Total Cost

The total cost of the received parts. The total cost is the product of the quantity received and the cost per unit of the part.

The system displays the following in the “TCD Information” multline:

TCD #

The code identifying the tax, charge or discount.

TCD Variant #

The code identifying the tax, charge or discount variant if available.

TCD Type

Indicates tax, charge or discount.

Basis

It could be “Unit Rate”, “Percentage” or “Flat Rate”.

TCD Rate

The rate of the tax, charge or discount.

TCD Amount

The amount of the tax, charge or discount.
