Viewing reference document details of the goods receipt

This page allows you to view the document reference information, such as procedures and guidelines, for the goods receipt. You can view the reference document type, reference document number, and the file name of the reference document. Tell me more.

Select the “View Documents” link at the bottom of the “View Goods Receipt Note” page.

The “View Documents” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the “User Preferences” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Document Details” group box:

GR #	The number that identifies the goods receipt for which you wish to view the reference document details.
Status	The status of the goods receipt.

Enter the following field:

Attachment Mode

Select the mode by which document is attached. The system lists the following options:

GR Document Level – Select this default option to retrieve the already attached documents corresponding to the document level.
GR Line Level – Select this option to to retrieve the already attached documents corresponding to the GR Line #.
Serial / Lot Level - Select this option to retrieve documents already attached for the defaulted serial / lot

The system displays the following field:

GR Date

The date on which the goods receipt was created.

Enter the following fields:

GR Line #	Select the GR line number for which document attachment details should be retrieved. The system lists all the GR line # if the Attachment Mode is selected as “GR Line Level” or “Serial / Lot Level” .
Serial# / Lot#	Select the serial/lot number for which document attachment details should be retrieved. The system lists the serial# / line# for the selected GR Line #. The system lists the Serial # concatenated with lot # if the Part is serial and Lot controlled or lists only the serial #,

The system displays the following fields in the “Document Details” group box:

Part #	The code identifying the part denoted by the GR Line #.
Part Description	The description of the part.

Click “Get Details” to retrieve the document attachment details.

The system displays the attached documents for the combination of Attachment Mode, GR Line # and Serial # / Lot #.

The system displays the following fields in the “Document Attachment Details” group box:

Ref. Document Type	The type of the reference document.
Document ID	The number that identifies the reference document.
File Name	The file name of the reference document.
