This page allows you to view the movement details of a goods receipt line item. Tell me more.
Select the “View Movement Details” link at the bottom of the “View Goods Receipt Note” page.
The “View Movement Details” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the “User Preferences” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following in the “GR Details” group box:
GR # |
The number identifying the goods receipt. |
Status |
The status of the goods receipt note. It could be “Partially Inspected”, “Inspected” or “Partially Moved”. |
§ Partially Inspected – Indicates that a certain quantity of the part numbers present in the line of the GR has been inspected. |

§ Inspected – Indicates that all the part numbers available in the GR have been inspected both at the line level and at the document level. |

§ Partially Moved – Indicates that a certain quantity of the part numbers present in the line or the GR document has been moved to the designated warehouse. You can only move the part numbers, which are in the “Inspected” status. |

GR Date |
The date on which the goods receipt note was raised. |
GR Type |
The type of the goods receipt. |
Enter the following field in the “Part Info” group box:
GR Line # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the line number for which you wish to view the movement details. All the goods receipt line numbers that are in the “Moved” status are listed by the system. The system lists “All”, if more than one goods receipt line numbers are in “Moved” status. By default, the system displays “All”, if it is listed by the system. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the details of the selected line item.
The system displays the following in the “Part Details” multiline:

The line number of the part that needs to be moved. |
Part # |
The number identifying the part. |
Part Description |
The description of the part. |
Manufacturer Lot # |
The lot number issued by the manufacturer of the part. |
Manufacturer Serial # |
The serial number issued by the manufacturer of the part. |
Accepted Qty |
The quantity accepted after inspection. |
Moved Qty |
The quantity moved to the warehouse. |
Stock Status |
The user-defined stock status assigned to the part. |
Warehouse # |
The warehouse number to which the part is moved. |
Zone # |
The number identifying the location of the zone in the warehouse. |
Bin # |
The number identifying the bin in which the part is stored in the warehouse. |
Material Request # |
The material request number. |
Work Center # |
The work center number. |
Received Qty |
The quantity received from the supplier. |
Sch. – Warehouse Info |
The number that identifies the schedule number and the warehouse of the part. |
Assembly Status |
Displays “Complete” if the components are associated to all the active position codes in the component configuration. Else displays “Dormant”. |
Click the hyperlinked material request number, to view the material request details.
Select the “Generate MMD Report” link at the bottom of the page to generate the material movement documents report.
Viewing movement details – An overview
This page allows you to view the movement details of a goods receipt line item. You can view the movement details of only those GR line items for which the goods receipt document is in “Moved”, “Partially Moved” or “Partially Inspected” status. You can select the line number of the goods receipt, for which the system displays the movement details in the multiline. The system displays details of the goods receipt such as the GR number, status, GR type and GR date. The system also displays the part details associated with the goods receipt.
