The oil uplift report displays the consumption of the oil recorded against the Serial # of the engine for a specified Part Model. For a given part model and the date range specified, total oil consumption is displayed for all the Serial # of the components attached to the aircraft. The report also displays a bar chart with the Engine Serial # and the oil consumption values.
Select the “Oil Uplift Analysis” tab in the “Oil Consumption Analysis Report” page.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:
Part Model # |
The model number of the part. A valid model number must be entered here. Mandatory. Help facility available. |
From / To Date |
The date range for which you wish to generate the oil consumption trend report. Mandatory. The ‘From / To Date’ entered must be earlier than or equal to the current date. ‘To Date’ must be equal to or later than ‘From Date’ but not later than the current date. The date range must be lesser than or equal to 2 years. The system defaults ‘From Date’ with 1 month earlier than ‘To Date” and defaults ‘To Date’ with the current date. |
Select the “Print Oil Uplift Report” to generate / print the oil uplift report.
The oil uplift report displays the total oil consumption of all the Serial # of the components attached to the aircraft, for a given part model and the date range in PDF format. For the selected period, inactive Engines / Serials are also considered, regardless if consumption exists for the Engine components of the Part Model selected. The table is sorted in descending order, displaying the Serial # with highest oil consumption (in the selected timeline) first, followed by the next, till the least oil consumption.
Graphical Representation:
A bar chart is displayed with the Engine Serial # along X-axis and the Consumption (Quarts) along Y-axis. The corresponding consumption values are displayed above the bars. The bar graph is sorted in descending order, displaying the Serial # with highest oil consumption (in the selected timeline) first, followed by the next, till the least oil consumption.
Note: The report can only be exported in PDF or sent to a printer. Any other form of export is currently not supported.
If a part model does not have any serial associated with it and the report is printed for that part model, only the table and graph headers are printed.
All serials / engines under a part model are printed regardless of existence of any oil uplift entry.
