Using this activity, you can generate flight summary report which displays the summary of the Leg / Summary level parameters that are mapped to the aircraft and attached engines, for a particular period.

The “Flight Summary Report” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component.

Aircraft Reg #

The registration number of the aircraft for which you wish to generate the flight summary report. Mandatory. The aircraft registration number entered must be valid as defined in the “Aircraft” business component.

Alternately, you can enter Nose # in the field. The smart search retrieves aircraft with the nose # similar to that specified in the field.

From  / To Date

The date range for which you wish to generate the flight summary report. Mandatory. The ‘From / To Date’ entered must be earlier than or equal to current date. ‘To Date’ must be equal to or later than ‘From Date’.

The system defaults ‘From Date’ with 2 months earlier than ‘To Date” and defaults ‘To Date’ with the current date.

Display Option

Use the drop-down list box to select the option by which you wish to generate the flight summary report. The system lists the following values:

  • All – Select this option to display the Aircraft journey log parameter values including zero journey log entries and manual parameter updates in the report. (Zero Journey Logs are those in which FH value is recorded as Zero; Manual entries are those in which the parameters are updated through “Re-Initialize / Update Parameter Values” page of the “Aircraft” business component, and not done in Journey log.)

  • JL Entry – Select this option to display only journey log entries along with zero journey log entries in the report.

  • Zero JL Entry - Select this option to display only the zero journey log entries in the report.

  • Manual Entry - Select this option to display only the manual entries in the report.

By default, the system displays “All”.

Flight Category

Use the drop-down list box and select the flight category. The system lists all the values defined in the “Create Flight Log / Occurrence Report .Attributes” activity of the “Common Masters” business component.

By default, the system leaves the fled blank.

Journey Log Category

Use the drop-down list box and select the journey log category. The system lists all the values defined for the quick code type “Journey Log Category” in the “Create Quick Code” activity of the “Flight Log” business component.

By default, the system leaves the fled blank.

The system displays the report in excel format. The report header displays the summary (totals) of the parameter values. The multiline of the report displays individual parameter values and the cumulative values of the respective parameters.
