The “Maintain Time Types for Lead Time” activity enables the user to define the  Purchase and Repair Lead time types based on Start and End. Ref Date.

The “Maintain Time Types for Lead Time” page appears.

Lead Time For

Use the drop-down list box to specify the option for which the lead time is maintained. The system lists the options “Purchase” and “Repair” along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Time Type

The time types for which the lead time is maintained.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the Lead Time. The system lists the values “active” and “inactive” along with a blank value.  The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Lead Time For

Use the drop-down list box to specify the option for which the lead time is maintained. The system lists the options “Purchase” and “Repair” along with a blank value. The system displays the value “Purchase”, by default.

Time Type

The time types for which the lead time is maintained.

Start Ref. Date

Use the drop-down list box to specify the start reference date of the time types. The system lists the following values along with the blank value:

  • PR Authorized Date

  • PO Authorized Date

  • Core Exchange Issue

  • Unserv. Core Receipt Date

  • Repair Order Issue Confirmation

  • Repair Order Acknowledgment

  • RO Authorized Date

  • Advanced Shipping Note Date

  • GI Created Date

  • GI Movement Date

End Ref. Date

Use the drop-down list box to specify the end  reference date of the time types. The system lists the following values along with the blank value:

  • Unserv. Core Receipt Date

  • PO Authorized Date

  • Repair Order Issue Confirmation

  • Repair Order Acknowledgment

  • 'RO Authorized Date

  • Advanced Shipping Note Date

  • GI Created Date

  • GI Movement Date

Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the Lead Time. The system lists the values “active” and “inactive” along with a blank value.  The system displays the value “active”, by default.
