Maint Report #

The number that identifies the maintenance report (Alphanumeric, 18). The maintenance report number should have already been defined in the “Identify Resolution Procedure” or "Defer Discrepancy" activity under “Discrepancy Processing” business component.

Maint Report #

The number that identifies the maintenance report (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves maintenance reports, which have no fault codes attached to them and that are in “Closed” status. Leave this field blank to retrieve maintenance reports irrespective of the maintenance report number.

Maint Report Description

The textual description of the maintenance report to be regularized (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all maintenance reports whose descriptions are similar to the value entered here. Leave this field blank, if you wish to retrieve maintenance reports irrespective of the description.

Aircraft Reg #

The registration number of the aircraft for which the maintenance report must be regularized (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all those maintenance reports generated for the aircraft whose registration number matches the value entered here. Leave this field blank, if you wish to retrieve maintenance reports irrespective of the aircraft registration number.

Aircraft Model #

The model number of the aircraft (Alphanumeric, 20). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all those maintenance reports generated for the aircraft whose model number matches the value entered here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve maintenance reports irrespective of the model number.

ATA #

The number that identifies the ATA chapter in which maintenance task is executed (Alphanumeric, 16). You can enter the ATA chapter number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all maintenance reports with ATA chapter numbers that are similar to the value entered here. Leave this field blank, if you wish to retrieve maintenance reports irrespective of the ATA chapter numbers.

Analyzed at Org. Unit #

Use the drop-down list box to select the organization unit for which the maintenance report must be regularized. The system lists all the locations where discrepancies are analyzed. The system retrieves all the maintenance reports for the selected organization unit.

Leave this field blank, if you wish to retrieve maintenance reports irrespective of the organization unit .

Applicability

Use the drop-down list box to specify the applicability of the maintenance report to be regularized. The system provides the options: “Aircraft”, “Engine” and “Component”. The system retrieves all the maintenance reports applicable for the selected option.

Leave this field blank to retrieve maintenance reports irrespective of their applicability.

Maint. Report Class

Use the drop-down list box to select the maintenance report class. The system displays all active values defined in the “Maintain Discrepancy Attributes” activity of the “Common Masters” component, which are of the attribute “Maint. Report Class”. The system retrieves all maintenance reports that belong to the specified class.

Leave this field blank to retrieve maintenance reports irrespective of the class.

Note: Leave all the fields blank to retrieve all the maintenance reports, which do not have fault codes and cause codes associated with them, generated in all organizational units.

The system displays the maintenance reports that are already defined in the “Discrepancy Processing” business component. The system displays those maintenance reports, which are in “Closed” status and to which no fault codes and cause codes are attached.

This page allows you to select a maintenance report, which has no associated OEM fault code. If you know the maintenance report number, you can directly enter it. Otherwise, you can carry out a search based on the maintenance report number, maintenance occurrence, part number, position code, and ATA chapter number.

The system displays the maintenance reports that match the filter criteria. The system displays only those records, which are already defined in the “Discrepancy Processing” business component and that are in “Closed” status.
