Viewing reference documents of the EAN

This page allows you to view the reference document details of the EAN. Tell me more.
Select the “View References” link at the bottom of the “View Engg. Advice Note” page.
The “View References” page appears.
The system displays the following in the “Advice Details” group box:

Engg Advice Note # |
The number identifying the EAN for which the reference document details are displayed. |

Revision # |
The revision number of the EAN, if available. |
|
Subject |
The subject of the EAN. Zoom facility available |
The system displays the following in the “Reference Document Details” multiline:

Document Type |
The type of reference document. |
|
Document ID |
The number identifying the reference document. |
|
Remarks |
Any comments regarding the reference document. |
|
File Name |
The name of the file referred. |
Viewing reference documents of the EAN – An overview
This page allows you to view the reference document details of the EAN. The various documents such as the AMM, CMM and SBs that were referred by the engineering department to clarify the problem are listed in this page. Details such as the type of the reference document, the identification number of the document and remarks pertaining to it are displayed along with the engineering note number, its revision number and its subject.
