Viewing serial number effectivity details of the EAN

This page allows you to view the part serial numbers of the component or engine, for which the EAN has been raised. Tell me more.

Select the “View Serial # Effectivity” link at the bottom of the “View Part Effectivity” page.

The “View Serial # Effectivity” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Advice Note Details” group box:

Engg Advice Note #

The number identifying the EAN for which the part serial number details are displayed.

Revision #

The revision number of the EAN, if available.

Subject

The subject of the EAN.

Zoom facility available

Enter the following field in the “Advice Note Details” group box:

Part #

Use the drop-down list box to select the part for which you wish to view the serial number details. The system lists all the parts for which the EAN has been raised.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the part serial number details.

The system lists the part serial numbers for which the EAN has been raised, in the “Part Details” multiline, based on the part number selected:

Component #	The number identifying the component, if the EAN has been raised for a “Component” or “Engine.
Part Serial #	The serial number of the part.
Manufacturer Serial	The serial number issued by the manufacturer for the part.

Viewing serial number effectivity details of the EAN – An overview

This page allows you to view the part serial numbers of the component or engine, for which the EAN has been raised. You can select the part number, for which you want to view the serial number details. Details such as the serial numbers are displayed along with EAN number, revision number and the subject.
