This page allows you to view the various engineering service requests (ESR) associated to the engineering advice note. Tell me more.

The “View Associated Service Requests” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the “User Preferences” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Advice Details” group box:

Engg Advice Note #

The number identifying the EAN, for which the associated service requests are displayed.

Revision #

The revision number of the selected EAN, if available.

Subject

The subject of the EAN.

Zoom facility available

The system displays the following in the “Service Request Details” multiline:

Engg Service Req #

The number identifying the ESR associated to the EAN displayed in the “Advice Details” group box.

Subject

The subject of the ESR.

Applicability

Indicates whether the ESR has been raised for “Aircraft”, “Component” or “Engine”.

Requesting Org Unit

The organization unit, which has raised the ESR.

Associated Date

The date on which the ESR was processed and associated with the EAN.

Viewing associated service requests – An overview

This page allows you to view the various engineering service requests (ESR) associated to the engineering advice note. The system retrieves and displays all the ESRs associated to the selected engineering advice note. Details such as the number identifying the ESR associated to the EAN, the subject of the EAN, the EAN applicability, the organization unit that requested the ESR and the date on which the ESR was associated to the EAN, are displayed. This page also allows you to select an ESR number in the multiline for viewing its details.
