Selecting EAN for modification – An overview

This page allows you to select an EAN for modification. If you know the EAN number, you can enter it directly. Otherwise, you can carry out a search based on the engineering advice note number, the category to which the EAN belongs, the applicability of the ESR, the ATA chapter number associated to it and the user status. The system retrieves the EANs, which are in the “Fresh” status, based on the search criteria entered.

This page also allows you to select an EAN and cancel it. The engineering service requests associated to the cancelled EAN are disassociated from the EAN and are available again for processing. The status of the selected EAN is updated to “Cancelled”.
