Alert View

The "Exception View" enables the user to view the Material Requests by filtering them as per the pre-defined filtered arrived based on the Key areas where Planners attention will be most required.
AOG Request
The ‘AOG Request’ tab enables the Material Request Planners to plan Material Requests that is to be performed on Aircraft on ground.
The system displays all the fields that are available in the “To be Planned” tab in the “Lists” section.
Alert Request
The ‘Alert Request’ tab enables the Material Request Planners to plan Material Requests that is to be performed based on the parameter ‘Number of days before Need Date to display Material Request in Alert Requests’ set in the “Manage Screen Defaults and Preference” screen.
The system displays all the fields that are available in the “To be Planned” tab in the “Lists” section.
Overdue Request
The ‘Overdue Request’ tab enables the Material Request Planners to plan Material Requests which have need date equal to and less than Current date.
The system displays all the fields that are available in the “To be Planned” tab in the “Lists” section.

The ‘AOG Orders’ tab enables the Material Request Planners to plan Material Requests for which the purchase order/repair order has been generated/updated that is to be performed on Aircraft on ground.
The system displays all the fields that are available in the “Planned MR” tab in the “Lists” section.
