Authorize Customer Order – A summary of the activity
This activity allows you to authorize the customer order. If you have set “Approval of Customer Order” option as “Required” in the “Set Options” activity, you must authorize the customer order in this page, to be able to process the customer order. You can authorize only those customer orders that are in the “Confirmed” status.
This activity also enables you to cancel the customer order by which the status changes to “Canceled”.

The customer order can be authorized or canceled.
Go to the “Authorize Customer Order” page and retrieve the customer order to be authorized or canceled.
Click “Authorize Customer Order” pushbutton to authorize the customer order.
Click “Cancel Customer Order” pushbutton to cancel the customer order.
