Viewing additional information on customer
The “View Customer Additional Information” displays customer details over and above the customer main information recorded using the “Edit Customer Additional Information” page.
Select the “View Customer Additional Information” link in the “View Customer Record” page.
The “View Customer Additional Information” page appears.
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The “Customer Details” group box displays the following.
Customer # |
The description for the category as recorded in the Maintain Category Codes activity in the Category business component. |
Reference Status |
Indicates whether the customer is Active or Inactive. |
Customer Name |
The name/description of the customer |
Created At |
The organization unit of the customer. |
Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” multiline to retrieve additional information records of the customer that you wish to view:
Category |
Use the drop-down list box to select the category of the additional information record. The drop-down list box displays all category codes defined under the category type Customer Addl. Category in the Maintain Category Code of the Category business component. The Search retrieves those Additional details records belonging to the category that you select here. |
Attribute |
Use the drop-down list box to select the category of the additional information record. The drop-down list box displays all category codes defined under the category type Customer Addl. Attribute in the Maintain Category Code of the Category business component. The Search retrieves those Additional details records with the attribute that you select here. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the Additional details record. The drop-down list box displays: Active and Inactive. The Search retrieves those Additional details records that hold the status you selected here. Do not select any status to retrieve all records regardless of the status. |
The “Additional Information” multiline displays the following:
Category |
The Customer Addl. Category of the record. |
Category Description |
The description for the category as recorded in the Maintain Category Codes activity in the Category business component. |
Attribute |
The Customer Addl. Attribute for the category of the record. |
Attribute Description |
The description for the attribute as recorded in the Maintain Category Codes activity in the Category business component. |
Value |
The attribute value. |

More details about the category – attribute - value. |
Status |
The status of the Additional details record, which could be Active or Inactive. |
Created by |
The code of the employee who created the record. |
Created Date |
The date on which the employee created the record. |
Last Modified by |
The code of the employee who most recently modified the record. |
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the employee most recently modified the record. |
The “Record Statistics” group box displays the following.
Created by |
The user who recorded additional details for the customer first time. |
Created Date |
The date on which the user recorded additional details for the customer first time. |
Last Modified by |
The user who most recently modified additional details. |
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the user most recently modified additional details. |
