Managing customer part sale list
Select
the “Manage Customer Part Sale List” link at the bottom of the “Create
Customer Record” or “Edit Customer Main Information” pages.
The “Manage Customer Part Sale List” page appears.
The system displays the following in the ‘Customer Details’ section:
Customer # / Name |
The code identifying the customer associated with the customer Part Sale List # / The name of the customer associated with the customer Part Sale List #. |
Select
any of the radio button:
Create |
Select this radio button to create a Part Sale List. |
Modify |
Select this radio button to modify the details of an existing Part Sale List. |
Note: The system allows modification of details against an already existing 'Part Sale List #' in ‘Fresh’ status in 'Modify' mode.
Enter
the following fields in the ‘Part Salelist Details’ section:
Part Sale List # / Rev. # |
The number identifying the Part Sale List / The number identifying the revision of the Part Sale List #. Data entry in this field is mandatory if in ‘Create mode’. |
Note that while launching from ‘View Customer Record’ activity, provide the Part Sale List # and select <Enter> to retrieve details of the latest Revision # in active status
Part Sale Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of part sale.. The system lists all the active 'Part Sale Types' as defined under the 'Define Process Entities' activity of 'Common Master' business component. By default the system leaves this field blank. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to activate or deactivate the Part Sale List #. The system lists the following options if the ‘Modify’ radio button is selected: · Active - Select this option if you wish to activate the Part Sale List #. · Inactive - Select this option if you wish to inactivate the Part Sale List #. The system lists the option below if the Part Sale List # and Rev # is in 'Revised' status. · Revised - Select this option if you wish to revise the Part Sale List #. |
Effective From |
The date starting from which the Part Sale List # is effective.(Date Format). |
Effectlve To |
The date until which the Part Sale List # is effective. (Date Format). |
Remarks |
Any remarks or comment regarding the customer Part Sale List. |
Revision Comments |
A brief note on the revision of the Part Sale List #. |
Enter
the following columns in the ‘Part Details” multiline:
Part # |
The code identifying the part number covered under the Part Sale List #. Data entry in this field is mandatory if no value is specified in the Part Group # field against every line item in the multiline. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Part Details” multiline:
Part Description |
A brief description of the respective Part as defined in the Part Master. |

Part Group # |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the part group associated with the Part Sale List #. Data entry in this field is Mandatory if no value is entered in the Part # field against every line item in the multiline.. The system lists all the active 'Part Groups' of purpose 'Contract Part Effectivity' as defined under the 'Create Part/Service Groups' activity of 'Part Administration' business component. By default the system leaves this field blank. |
Stock Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the Part #. The system lists all the active 'Stock Status' for which the 'Ownership-Internal' is set as 'Yes'. |
Req. for A/C Reg. # |
The aircraft registration number for which the part number covered under the Part Sale List # can be requested. Help facility available |
Req. for A/C Model # |
The aircraft model number for which the part number covered under the Part Sale List # can be requested. Leave this field blank if value has already been provided in the following fields: · 'Req. for A/C Reg #' · Reg. for A/C Group Help facility available |
Req. for A/C Group |
Use the drop-down list box to select the account group for which the Part # covered under the Part Sale List # can be requested. The system lists all the active 'A/C groups' as defined under the 'Create Aircraft Group' activity of 'Aircraft' business component. Leave this field blank if value has already been provided in the following fields: · Req. for A/C Reg # · Reg. for A/C Model By default the system leaves this field blank. |
Pricing Basis |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the price to be charged on the part. Mandatory. You can select from the following options: · Fixed Price by Month - Select this option if you wish to price the respective task or object as fixed price per month.. · T&M - Select this option if you wish to price the part based on the time and material spent on the part for servicing · Usage Based- Select this option if you wish to price the part based on the actual usage eg. flight hour basis. Ensure that the combo is defaulted with 'Blank' on launch of the screen. |
Effective From |
The starting date from which the specific part number will be covered and effective under the Part Sale List #. Ensure that date entered in this field is within the Effectivity period of the 'Part Sale List #' as provided in the header |
Effective To |
The ending date until which the specific part# will be covered and effective under the Part Sale List #. Ensure that date entered in this field is within the Effectivity period of the 'Part Sale List #' as provided in the header. |
Notes |
Any information on the Part Sale List. |
User Defined-01 |
Any information given by the user with reference to the Part Price List. |
User Defined -02 |
Any information given by the user with reference to the Part Price List. |
Note: Ensure that at least one record with valid part details is selected in the multiline.
Select
the “Save” pushbutton to save the details entered.
Select
the “Confirm” pushbutton to confirm the Part Sale List
The system performs the following:
§ Updated the status of the 'Part Sale List #' from ‘Fresh’ to 'Active'
§ Creates a new Revision # against the Part Sale List # on modification against a Part Sale List in 'Inactive / Active' status.
The system displays the following details in the “Record Statistics” group box:

The login ID of the user who last modified the record. |

The date on which the record was last modified |

The login ID of the user who confirmed the record. |
