This page allows you to identify the aircraft of a customer for which the maintenance service must be provided.  Tell me more

The “Edit Customer Aircraft Information” page appears.

Date Format

The format in which the date fields appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Customer Details” group box:

Customer #

The code identifying the customer for which the aircraft details must be entered.

The operational status of the customer must be “Active”.

Customer Name

The name of the customer

Note: You can associate both new and existing aircraft records with the customer in this page.

Aircraft Reg. #

The registration number of the aircraft. (Alphanumeric, 30). Mandatory. This number must be unique to the customer, and is in active status. The aircraft entered here must have ownership as "Customer" as defined in the "Aircraft" business component, with the owning agency number same as the customer number displayed in the header.

Note: You cannot modify the aircraft registration number for an existing record.

The system displays the following fields:

Manufacturer Serial #

The manufacturer serial number of the aircraft.

Variable Tab #

The variable tab number of the aircraft.

Nose #

The nose number of the aircraft.

Model

The model to which the aircraft belongs.

Aircraft Type

Type of the aircraft.

Reg. Cert #

The number identifying the registration certificate of the aircraft.

Configuration Class

The configuration class to which the aircraft configuration belongs.

Planner Code

The identifier of the planner who plans maintenance activities on the aircraft.

Planning Base

The planning base of the aircraft in which the maintenance planning is done.

Lead Parameter

The consumption parameter that is identified as lead parameter for the aircraft.

Average Value

The average value of the lead parameter, based on which the forecast factor of the parameter is calculated.

Engagement Type

The type of engagement provided to the customer regarding the aircraft maintenance, which could be “Full Maintenance” or “On Request”.

Record Status

The status of the aircraft record, which could be “Active”, “Inactive” or “Under Creation”.

Entering customer aircraft details – An overview

Edit Customer Record - A summary of the activity

This page allows you to identify the aircraft of a customer for which the maintenance service must be provided. You can identify an existing aircraft record or create a new aircraft record for defining the aircraft effectivity details. The new aircraft record will be created with all the relevant details and updated in the “Aircraft” business component.

You can enter the aircraft registration number, manufacturer serial number, variable tab number, nose number, aircraft model, aircraft type, registration certificate, configuration class, planner code, planner base, default work center, lead parameter, average value of the lead parameter and the engagement type established with the customer.
