Entering aircraft certificate requirement details for a customer
This page allows you to define the details of the certificates that are applicable to the customer aircraft. You can provide details of the certificate such as certificate type, description, remarks and file name.
Select the “Edit Aircraft Certificate Details” link at the bottom of the “Edit Customer Aircraft” page.
The “Edit Customer Aircraft Certificate Requirements” page appears.
Note: Ensure that the aircraft is selected in the “Aircraft Details” multiline of the “Edit Customer Aircraft Details” page.
The system displays the following fields in the “Customer Details” group box:
Customer # |
The code identifying the customer for whom the aircraft certificate requirement details must be entered. The operational status of the customer must be “Active”. |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer |
Enter the following field in the “Aircraft Details” group box:
Aircraft Reg. # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the aircraft for which the certificate requirement details must be defined. The system lists all the aircraft associated with the customer. Leave this field blank to enter certificate details that are applicable to all the aircraft associated with the customer. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the certificate details that are already defined for the aircraft.
Enter the following fields in the “Certification Details” multiline:
Certificate Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the certificate applicable to the selected aircraft. The system lists the certificate types defined in the “Create Certificate Type” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” business component. This value must be unique to the multiline. Data selection in this field is mandatory. |

Remarks |
Any remark regarding the certificate issued (Alphanumeric, 255) |
Template |
The template of the aircraft certificate. (Alphanumeric, 50) Help facility available. |
Click the “Edit Certificate Details” pushbutton to update the certificate details for the aircraft associated with the customer.
Note: Once updated, you cannot modify the certificate type in the multiline.
Select the “View File Name” link at the bottom of the page to view the file details.
