Customer-User & Base Mapping – A summary of the activity

Customer and base mapping is essential for creating or maintaining customer requests. This activity enables you to map customers to work centers or bases and also specify the users who are to be mapped to the customer.

You can specify the range of dates for which the customer-user and customer-base mapping is effective.  When specifying the effective period ensure that the customer number, user number and work center number combination is unique for the specified range of dates and does not overlap across dates. If required, the effective period for which mapping is applicable can be extended.
