Viewing Extracted Data

In this page, you can view the data package details extracted from the main base or offline base, using the “Transfer Data” page. For a given offline area and Usage Mode, only the latest extracted data are transferred and displayed in this page.

Click the icon ‘ ’ in the “Transfer Data” page. This icon appears only when the ‘Operation Mode’ is selected as “Extract” in the “Transfer Data” page.

The “View Extracted Data” page appears.

Note: You cannot invoke this page, if:

Data package is of status “Extract-Failed”
Data package is of status “Extracted” with no data package available for the request #.

The system displays the following:

Date & Time Format

The format in which the date and time fields are displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

Usage Mode

The usage mode which indicates whether the offline operations are carried out from main base or offline field base. The following values are displayed based on the option setting in the “Configure Offline Parameters” activity of the current business component.

Online: Main Base
Offline: Offline Area #

The system displays the following details in the “View Extracted Details” multiline:

Offline Area #	The code identifying the offline area for which the data package is extracted. In offline base, the system displays the offline area defined in the "Configure Offline Parameters" activity. In main base, the system displays all the active offline areas belonging to the latest request # for which the package is extracted.
Request #	The request number generated for extracting data.
Acknowledged?	Indicates the acknowledgement of receipt of data package. The system displays: ‘Yes’, if during the receipt of subsequent package from the source base. Does not display any value, if data package is not loaded in the destination base.
Status	The status of the data package extraction process.
From Date	The starting date / time of extraction of a data package.
To Date	The ending date / time of extraction of a data package.
Message Center	Any success / error message is displayed based on the extraction status.
Extracted Path	The path in which the data package is extracted.
Extracted by / Date	The name of the user who extracted the data. The date and time on which the data is extracted is concatenated and displayed alongside.
