This page allows you to associate work centers to an offline area. You can associate a work center to an offline area in ‘Active’ or ‘Inactive’ status, but the same work center cannot be mapped to different offline areas. The status of the offline area is changed from “Fresh” to “Active”, if at least one work center is mapped to the offline area.

The “Associate Work Center to Offline Area” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Offline Area Details” section:

Offline Area #

The code identifying the offline area to which the work center is to be associated.

Area Description

The textual description of the offline area.

Status

The status of the offline area, which could be “Fresh”, “Active” or “Inactive”.

Work Center #

Use the drop-down list box to select the work center to be associated to the offline area. The system all the ‘Active’ work centers of Work Center Class “Execution” and whose ‘Work Center Capability’ is “All”, “Line Jobs” and “Hangar Jobs”, in alphabetical order.

The work centers which are already mapped to the offline area in ‘Active’ status are not listed.

The system displays the following in the multiline:

Work Center Description

The textual description of the work center associated to the offline area.

This field is hyperlinked to view the work center details.

Count of Warehouse

The number of warehouses associated to the work center.

Updated by / Date

The name of the login user by whom the work center mapping details are updated / modified. The date and time at which the details are updated / modified, is displayed concatenated and displayed.

Note: The system displays an error message if any concurrent user attempts to modify the details of the work center mapped to the selected offline area.
