Viewing Operation History

You can view the offline operational history in this page. You can perform search based on aircraft registration number, work center number, offline area number and view details such the date of release of the aircraft, the date from which the offline area is operational, status of the aircraft or work center, operational status of the offline area, etc.

Select the ‘ ’ icon in the “Manage Offline Operations” page.

The “View Operation history” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date & Time Format

The format in which the date and time fields are displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Use the drop-down list box and select the entity for which you wish to view the operation history. The system lists the options “Aircraft Reg #”, “Work Center #” and “Offline Area #”. Enter the value corresponding to the option selected, in the editable field provided alongside.

By default, the system displays the following values based on the selection in the “Manage Offline Operations” page.

Aircraft Reg #, if a row is selected in the “Aircraft Operations” multiline.
Work center #, if a row is selected in the “Work Center” multiline.
Offline Area #, if both the “Aircraft Operations” and “Work Center” multiline rows are selected or if the link is invoked without selecting any row in the multiline.

From / To Date

The starting date / time in the range of dates from which you wish to view the operation history. Enter the ending date / time in the range of dates until which you wish to view the operation history, in the editable box provided alongside.

You must enter either ‘From Date’ or ‘To Date’ and the date / time entered must not be a future date.

The system defaults the date / time range which is one month earlier than the current date / time.

The system displays the following fields:

Usage Mode

The usage mode which indicates whether the offline operations are carried out from main base or offline field base. The following values are displayed based on the option setting in the “Configure Offline Parameters” activity of the current business component.

Online: Main Base
Offline: Offline Area #

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the operation history details.

The system displays the following fields in the multiline:

Offline Area #	The code identifying the offline area for which operation history details are displayed.
Aircraft Reg #	The registration number of the aircraft assigned to the offline area.
Work Center #	The code identifying the work center assigned to the offline area.
From Date	The starting date / time in the range of dates from which the operation history details are displayed.
To Date	The ending date / time in the range of dates until the operation history details are displayed.
Date Identifier	The date identifier displayed corresponding to the ‘From Date’ and ‘To Date’ to indicate the operational / release / return / termination date of aircraft / work center. The system displays the following values: Operational Date - Indicates that the aircraft / work center is operational from the date specified in the ‘From Date’ field and terminated on the date displayed in the ‘To Date’ field. Release / Return Date - - Indicates that the aircraft / work center is released on the date specified in the ‘From Date’ field; and the aircraft / work center is returned on the date specified in the ‘To Date’ field.
Operational Status	The operational status of the offline area, which could be “Operational”, “Terminated” or “Force Terminated”.
Move. Status	The status of the aircraft or work center.
Termination Remarks	Any remarks related to the termination of the offline area.
