Viewing Impacted Transaction List

In this page, you can view the list of pending transactions available in “Open” status for the aircraft or the work center. These transactions are listed as a result of evaluation of offline area carried out the “Manage Offline Operations” activity. Field operations can be initiated only after addressing the impacted transactions displayed against the respective Document Types.

Select the ‘ ’ icon in the “Manage Offline Operations” page.

The “Impacted Transaction List” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date & Time Format

The format in which the date and time fields are displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Offline Area Details” section:

Offline Area #	The code identifying the offline area for which evaluation is done.
Offline Area Description	The textual description of the offline area.
Operational Status	The operational status of the offline area.
Field Ops From / To	The date from which the offline field operations are initiated. The date on which the offline field operations are terminated is displayed alongside.
Assignment Type	Indicates whether ‘Aircraft’ or ‘Work Center’ is assigned to the selected offline area.
Usage Mode	The usage mode which indicates whether the offline operations are carried out from main base or offline field base. The following values are displayed based on the option setting in the “Configure Offline Parameters” activity of the current business component. Online: Main Base Offline: Offline Area #

The system displays the following fields in the multiline:

Document Type	The type of the document related to the particular impacted transaction.
Document #	The transaction document number. This field is hyperlinked to view the corresponding transaction document details.
Document Status	The status of the transaction document.
Message Type	The type of the message displayed in the ‘Message Center’ field, based on evaluation process of the offline area carried out in the “Manage Offline Operations” page. The possible values displayed are as follows: Action Required - Indicates that user action is required against the message displayed as a result of evaluation process. Informational - Any general information to the user, which does not require any action.
Message Center	Any message relating to the impacted transaction as a result of evaluation of offline area.
Aircraft Reg #	The registration number of the aircraft assigned to the offline area.
Work Center #	The code identifying the work center assigned to the offline area.
Warehouse #	The code identifying the warehouse associated to the work center.
