Process Claims – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to perform various processing operations on the claims. The processing operation includes registering claims, releasing claims, recording claim acceptance details from the supplier, recording claim rejection details from supplier and closing claims. You can search for a claim document based on the following search criteria: claim number, claim status, supplier number, the code of the employee who initiated the claim, part number and description, claim category and the claim user status. The system displays the claim details in the search criteria multiline. You can select a claim document in the multiline and process the claim.
