Edit Claims – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to select a particular claim document for modifying the claim details. You can select a claim document by performing a search based on the following search criteria: claim number, claim description, supplier #, initiated by, part #, part description, claim category, and the claim user status. The system displays the claim documents that are only in “Fresh” status in the multiline.  You can select any document in the multiline and modify the claim details.
